Come join this 8-week nutrition and fitness class, to reach your goals!
In this 8-week session, you will face different challenges that you and your workout classmates complete. Weather that be finding out why the scale fluctuates or meet up for a hike!
Learn about how nutrition plays a big role in your weight loss or even gain goals! Are you getting enough or too many calories, fats, carbs and proteins!?
This 8-week session will cost $80- ($40 per month.)
Classes will begin March 16th.
Saturday mornings from 10am-12pm

Ages 18+ are welcome!
