Welcome

Our Board of Directors regularly meet once a month, typically on the third Tuesday of the month. Study / Work Sessions of the Board may also be scheduled throughout the year, with agendas being posted below. All Regular Monthly Meetings of the Board begin at 7pm, are held at the Casey Jones Pavilion (4189 Highway 86, Elizabeth, CO 80107), or at the Park Office in Evans Park (34201 County Rd 17, Elizabeth, CO 80107) and are open to the public. Meeting agendas are posted below at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled meeting. Meeting minutes are posted once they are approved by the Board.
