The Elizabeth Park and Recreation District is seeking experienced and energetic individuals to join our team as a Lead Teacher - Childcare. This position is responsible for facilitating before school programming from 6:30am-8am and/or after-school programming from 2:30pm – 6pm, as well as facilitating programming during school breaks (including summer break) from the hours of 6:30am – 6pm at Running Creek Elementary School and/or Singing Hills Elementary. The position may also lead the work of Recreation Instructors assisting with program facilitation.
This is a part-time position with pay that ranges from $18.75 - $21.50 per hour dependent upon education and experience. Hours and days are flexible and will average 3-20 per week during the school year and up to 40+ hours per week during school breaks and over the summer.

The Sports Official is responsible for officiating youth and / or adult sports programs. Sports Officials are the front-line staff in working directly with coaches and program participants in delivering high quality customer service through the District’s sports programs. Sports Officials receive guidance and supervision from the Programs and Special Events Coordinator or designated Site Supervisor and at times the District Executive Director. The position is expected to work Saturdays during the youth sports seasons, and additionally during the evening times during the baseball and softball seasons.
To become a Sports Official with The Elizabeth Park & Recreation District you must complete Sports Official Training. Please contact Park Office for information about the next Training Session.
