Baseball 2020

Babe Ruth: Ages 13-16   Babe Ruth will play two games a week, 

Wednesdays and Saturdays and practice once a week. 

Kids will play against teams from Elbert, Kiowa, Calhan, Ellicott, Peyton, and Rush! 

Your child will also have the opportunity to play for the All-Star team! Which will travel to play one tournament

against other All-Star teams from different cities in Colorado. 


2020 fees: $200


Registration open until May 3rd! First game will be May 13th!



Majors: Ages 9-12   Majors will play two games a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays and practice once a week.

Majors and Minors will be selected off of assessments. It is highly recommended your child make it to assessments to evaluate their skill level. If you can not make it to assessments your child will be placed by years played and age.


Assessment days 2020: TBD! All Spring Sports are delayed til April 6th!



Pre season tournaments on April 18th and 25th! Official league games begin on April 28th! End of Season Tournament 6/15-6/20, league Championship game 6/21! Location TBD

Elizabeth Park and Rec League Divisions




Rookies: Ages 6-8   ​​Machine pitch baseball for boys and girls, ages 6-8. This stage is to enhance skills learned in T-ball. 

With machine pitch they learn about timing and improve their ball handling skills such as throwing and catching. 

Season will be 8 weeks long, with games being played on Saturdays. Practice once a week. Games will begin May 2nd.


2020 Fee: $60

T-Ball: Ages 4-6   ​This is an introductory stage for baseball that works on bat to ball skills and basic ball throwing/catching skills. Season will be 8 weeks long,

 with games being played on Saturdays with practice once a week.  Games will begin May 2nd.

Code of Conduct

At Elizabeth Park and Recreation we believe in instilling a positive attitude, teaching basic fundamentals, building confidence, and sharing our love of play with youth.  

We believe play is a vital right for all youth and helps develop physical, emotional, and social growth. 

Our programs emphasize participation, fun, and sportsmanship

 over winning and we strongly discourage

 the hyper competitiveness that negatively impacts many youth sport programs.

 All coaches, players, parents, officials, 

and program administrators will demonstrate respect for each other as well as the game at all times.  

Participants, parents, and coaches are expected to support this system.

Youth Cancelation and Late Registration Practices:

Youth sports &/or program registration fees due in full at time of registration.


Late fees:

Late Registration; additional $10 per registration if paid beyond end of registration period, provided there is space in the program.  If no space is available in the program, late registrations will not be accepted.


Cancelations/Refunds:

District Cancelation of program or event;  Notification given prior to start date / time, and full refund of all registration fees paid.

Individual request for refund;  Full refund given up until registration close date less 5% processing fee. After registration close date, cancelation fee is $15.


After first week of play, no refunds will be given. Refunds may be provided as account credit based upon customer preference.  Account Credit is non-refundable after processing.
