• One camping unit and one vehicle Per Site. Overflow parking spaces are available throughout the campground. 
• Maximum 4 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs Per Site
• Max stay is 30 days within a calendar year.  
• Quiet Time is 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Generator use is prohibited during that time.
• No wood campfires or use of charcoal grills are allowed at any time!  Propane grills & Propane fire rings are permitted. 
• No ATV's, 3 or 4 wheeler's, motorized scooters or go-carts. Motorcycles are permitted as primary transportation in and out of park only.
• No Vehicle or RV washing permitted.
• The discharge of black or gray water, other than in the dump site provided at the entrance to the park or sewer connect at your site, is strictly prohibited by Colorado Statute 25-8-501 and 103, sub 14, 15, 16 and 19. The Colorado Water Quality Control Act views gray water as the same as black water with regard to open discharge. ALL waste-water must be discharged into the dump station or sewer connect at your site to avoid fines / penalties.
• No livestock trailers, horses or other livestock permitted in the campground.  They may be kept in the corrals near the rodeo arena during your stay for an additional fee.  Call the office for more info.
• Dogs must be on a leash at all times and cannot be tied up outside without supervision. Owners of loose or uncontrolled barking dogs may be asked to leave. You must pick up after your dog. (Dog waste bags are provided at certain locations in the Campground.)
• All trash must be deposited into the dumpsters located within the Campground. No trash is to be left outside camper on site at any time.
• Campers are allowed to have limited items outside their camper, although the site is not to appear cluttered.
• The posted speed limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced. Please watch for children and animals. Fines of up to $150 may be imposed by the Elbert County Sheriff's Department.
• All vehicles not directly associated with the RV/Tent site permit are subject to being towed.
• The discharge of firearms or fireworks are strictly prohibited for the safety of all campers, wildlife, and the natural environment.
• Cutting of trees, dead or alive, is prohibited.
• No clothes lines permitted. Slacklines and hammocks are allowed.

            *  Elizabeth Park and Recreation     District is not responsible for loss of monies or valuables.

• Elizabeth Park and Recreation District shall not be liable for personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from use of the park, the campground, or its amenities.
• All guests must carry current and adequate insurance on their vehicles / campers.
• All vehicles, trailers, etc. must have and maintain current registrations. All campers must be accompanied by a running vehicle in case camper must be moved at any point of time. Any towing expense incurred will be at owners expense.
• All guests use facilities at their own risk and assume full liability for any property damage and/or personal injury. Permitting parties/guests assume all liability for all persons/animals/vehicles in their party and visitors to their site.
• The campground is reserved for the exclusive use of permitted RV and/ or tent campers and their guests. This is not an open park facility. Loitering by unregistered persons is prohibited by law.

              *  Personal harassment of campers and guests in the campground by anyone at any time will not be                                           tolerated. Guests are requested to report any such behavior and/or incidents to the Camp Host or Park Office immediately in person or by phone so that we might address such concerns in an appropriate and timely manner. 

• Elizabeth Park and Recreation District does not allow 3rd party rentals. All campsites are to be occupied by permitting party, unless special authorization has been granted by the District.
• RVs and Tents are not to be left on premises for extended periods of time without occupancy. 
• Elizabeth Park and Recreation District reserves the right to move campers to a different site as needed for maintenance, service outages, or other potential reasons at any time.

                                                                                     Cancellation Policy:   

The Elizabeth Park and Recreation District will assess a fee equal to 10% of the purchase price to all refund / cancellation / reservation adjustment requests. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance.  You MUST call the Main Office to cancel your reservation.
