Kelly has dedicated 26 years to serving as an Army Reserve Officer. In addition to this role, she is a proud wife and mother to three young children, all while managing a lively barnyard that includes a menagerie of dogs, cats, pot-belly pigs, turkeys, chickens, and ducks. She loves to escape to the mountains for skiing adventures or embarking on road trips to explore new destinations. Kelly's journey to become a yoga instructor began at a medical crossroads. After receiving advice from multiple doctors recommending surgery and medication as her only solutions, she realized the necessity of rekindling her yoga practice. She enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training to address her own healing journey and emerged from it with a newfound desire to assist others in attaining a life with less pain. Kelly has successfully completed 200 hours of training with Living Soul Yoga Institute, a Yoga Alliance certified school, as of January 2024. She is pursuing further education as well.

About your instructor:
Hi! My name is Danielle Gregory, I have been dancing since I was 4 years old, learning different styles of dance like tap, jazz, lyrical, and more. I started teaching dance in 2003 and have been teaching ever since. I started taking a Zumba class about 2 years ago at Stayin Fit and Lovin It and instantly fell in love with the high energy, high paced movements. It brought the love of dance back into my life, so I instantly knew I wanted to be a certified instructor to help others find their love of dance. I love to teach and learn from others. I can't wait to see you on the dance floor.
7-8pm!
