About your instructor:
Hi! My name is Danielle Gregory, I have been dancing since I was 4 years old, learning different styles of dance like tap, jazz, lyrical, and more. I started teaching dance in 2003 and have been teaching ever since. I started taking a Zumba class about 2 years ago at Stayin Fit and Lovin It and instantly fell in love with the high energy, high paced movements. It brought the love of dance back into my life, so I instantly knew I wanted to be a certified instructor to help others find their love of dance. I love to teach and learn from others. I can't wait to see you on the dance floor.

Join acupuncture and Chinese medicine expert Dr. Avi Ginsberg as he demystifies Tai Chi, making it easy to understand. Guests will learn the foundations and how to garner the physical benefits without the pressure to learn long, tedious Tai Chi forms that can take years to master.
This class/workshop will cover:
-Proper breathing for health and longevity
-Activating and opening the acupuncture channels
-Stretching and strengthening the muscles and tendons
-Re-calibrating the joints and vertebrae
-Adjusting body alignment and posture
-Establish the mechanics of proper movement
-Increasing the Qi and Blood flow throughout the entire body.
The purpose of the class is to take the monotony and slow progress out of Tai Ji that often bores people and turns them away from the practice.
The benefits come quickly without the pressure to learn long, tedious forms that can take years to learn and even longer to master.
Bring a personal exercise mat or yoga mat and wear pants and clothes suitable for stretching.
