An hour class consisting of yoga moves and principles to increase strength, flexibility, and enhance mental capabilities. Any levels can do this class as modifications will be provided. Yoga gives the body and mind that edge that it needs to perform at it’s best. No matter what your ability level or interests there are always benefits from yoga and meditation. There is only on wrong way to do yoga. By not doing it.
All classes will be in the Casey Jones Pavilion.
Fee: $100 per 10-week session
Ages 13 and up are welcome to join the class!
*Note- You are more than welcome to drop-in at any class for a fee of $12!
The evening class with have the benefits of the morning class. Beginning with series of yoga flows to work strength, balance and flexibility for the first 30 minutes. Then moving into yin poses that are traditionally done at the end of the day. Yin is focused on the joints and the poses are held longer to increase flexibility and to lubricate and rejuvenate the joints. Giving way to the opportunity to exercise the brain while holding these poses and getting into the para sympathetic nervous system thus, giving us the ability to handle stressful situations efficiently. All classes will end with a short meditation.

Gentle Yoga- Essential Oils- Singing Bowls
This workshop is appropriate for all levels, and especially for those experiencing anxiousness or pain of any kind. This class will cultivate a feeling of brightness, balance and calm!
The instructors are Stephanie Smith and Robbin Awn.
Stephanie Smith is a certified instructor with over two decades experience. She co-authored The Essential Yoga Program, is Diamond Leader and wellness advocate with doTERRA international!
Ribbin Awn is a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor, doTERRA wellness advocate, personal trainer and life coach!
Wellness enthusiast Robbin Awn studied Anatomy and Physiology at Metro State College in Denver Colorado. Afterwards becoming a Personal Trainer and Life Coach. Enjoying the benefits of practicing Yoga she felt lead to teach. Completing her 200 RYT in 2016 with Sumit's hot yoga. " My mission is to help others manage stress both emotionally and physically". She loves to teach and learn from others. " Come in and we can do your first yoga class together!"

Late Registration; additional $10 per registration if paid beyond end of registration period, provided there is space in the program. If no space is available in the program, late registrations will not be accepted.
District Cancelation of program or event; Notification given prior to start date / time, and full refund of all registration fees paid.
Individual request for refund; Full refund given up until registration close date less 5% processing fee. After registration close date, cancelation fee is $15.
After first class / session, no refunds will be given. Refunds may be provided as account credit based upon customer preference.
Account Credit is non-refundable after processing.
