Elizabeth Park and Rec is happy to announce some new youth programs for the community! Summer Camp programs are designed for families to participate in fun activities during Summer Break even though they are at home! Mini-Camps will include outdoor explorations, Art & Music Class, Field Day, Be A Scientist, Water Day, and many more fun active games! Outdoor Explorers

Join our staff in an explorative hike through the natural environment of Evans and Casey Jones Park as we learn about local ecology, search for signs of critters, and then create an art project to take home with you.  Youth must dress for the weather and be prepared to be outdoors for much of this mini-camp.  Group will meet at the Casey Jones Pavilion. SESSIONS:  8/12 9am-12pm & 8/14 1pm-4pm   h 


Field Day!

  If athletics is your game, you don’t want to miss this minicamp that will engage youth in a variety of sports and activities, with a focus on participation, positive sports behavior, and fun! Youth must dress for the weather and be prepared to be outdoors for much of this minicamp. Group will meet at the Casey Jones Pavilion.  8/12 1pm-4pm & 8/14 9am-12pm


Art & Music Class


Come explore your creative side! Participants will create a variety of art projects, make their own instruments and learn some wonderful music! Group will meet at Casey Jones Pavilion. 8/13 9am-12pm & 8/15 1pm-4pm



Be a Scientist


Join us as we explore exciting experiments and activities involving chemical reactions, create slime and clouds, and so much more! Group will meet at Casey Jones Pavilion. 8/13 1pm-4pm & 8/15 9am-12pm

Water Day

  Participants will enjoy the sun and water in a fun packed day of water balloon fights, 100-foot water slide, squirt guns and soak up at the Splash Pad! Group will meet at Evans Park. All day 8/16: First session 9am-12pm, 2nd session 1pm-4pm

Cancelation and Late Registration Practices:

Youth sports &/or program registration fees due in full at time of registration.

Adult program fees due in full at time of registration

Late fees:

Late Registration; additional $10 per registration if paid beyond end of registration period, provided there is space in the program.  If no space is available in the program, late registrations will not be accepted.


District Cancelation of program or event; Notification given prior to start date / time, and full refund of all registration fees paid.

Individual request for refund; Full refund given up until registration close date less 5% processing fee. After registration close date, cancelation fee is $15.

After first class / session, no refunds will be given. Refunds may be provided as account credit based upon customer preference.

Account Credit is non-refundable after processing.
