Youth and Teen Environment Awareness and Self-Defense Clinic

Helping Children and teens to recognize dangers and escape harm


The Elizabeth Park and Recreation District has partnered with Staying Fit and Lovin’ It to offer this valuable opportunity for community families. These clinics will help youth to assess and understand potential risks and dangers around them and, will teach self-defense techniques that are effective in debilitating an attacker and allowing an opportunity to get away from the danger. Clinic instructors have over 50 years combined experience teaching self-defense strategies and techniques. Parents / guardians are encouraged to attend and observe.


Dates: Saturday, January 25th

Time: Clinic will start promptly at 9am and end at 11am

Location: Clinics will be held at Staying Fit Sport (LIFT)-240 Elizabeth St.-Unit B (Safeway Shopping Center), Elizabeth CO 80107

Cost: $10 per participant

 The Elizabeth Park and Recreation District is partly subsidizing   these clinics to help promote youth safety in our community
